Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what MHM Libya collects through mhmlibya.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you send the booking form: your name, business name, city, the service you chose and the problem you describe. You decide what to write; only your name and the problem are required.
- A one-way scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address, kept with each request so we can block spam. We can't turn it back into your address.
- Visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as pages viewed, browser type and country. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
We use no advertising trackers, and the site sets no cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a discovery meeting.
- To keep a record of the requests we receive.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
- To see which pages are useful, from visit counts only.
We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
After you send the form, the WhatsApp button opens a message that you send yourself. Messages sent through WhatsApp are covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores requests in its database in Western Europe.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface; your browser downloads it from Google's servers.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only when you choose to message us.
We share your request with no one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we need it to follow up with you and for our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll act on it within 30 days.
Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its date.
